Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 1270
It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to: (1) use in connection with his or her name any designation tending to imply that he or she is a licensed social worker or licensed social work associate unless he or she is duly and respectively licensed under the provisions of this law; (2) use in connection with his or her name any designation tending to imply that he or she is licensed under the provisions of this law during the time his or her license shall be suspended or revoked; or (3) otherwise violate any of the provisions of this law. All such misdemeanors shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
