Upon certification by the executive secretary, the Board shall authorize the issuance of temporary licenses to persons who qualify as follows:

1. 1. Persons who have met all qualifications for licensure under provisions of the Social Worker's Licensing Act, except passage of the required examination, and must wait for completion of the next semiannual examination shall, upon payment of the necessary fee and submission of documentation as required by the Board, be issued a provisional license under the following provisions:

   1. a. upon receipt and recording of the person's examination score by the Board, the person's provisional license will automatically be revoked,
   2. b. such persons shall take the next semiannual license examination, and
   3. c. no person may be granted a provisional license more than once; and
2. 2. The Board shall establish and collect fees for temporary licenses, not to exceed Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00). At the end of the period for which a provisional license is issued, the provisional license shall be surrendered to the executive secretary of the Board.
