The Construction Industries Board is authorized to employ personnel and procure such supplies and equipment as may be necessary to carry out and implement the provisions of this act, subject to budgetary limitations and funding. The Construction Industries Board may promulgate forms to implement the provisions of this act. The Construction Industries Board may administer any provision of this act through use of the Internet or other technology as deemed necessary or appropriate.
