- A. The State Barber Advisory Board is hereby recreated until July 1, 2003, in accordance with the Oklahoma Sunset Law, Section 3901 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which shall consist of five (5) members consisting of four barbers and one lay member. Each member of the State Barber Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Governor and serve at the pleasure of the Governor for a term coterminous with that of the Governor. Provided, each member may continue to serve after the expiration of the member's term until such time as a successor is appointed. The State Barber Advisory Board shall advise the State Board of Health concerning rules and shall advise and assist the State Department of Health in administering this act.
- B. The State Barber Advisory Board shall develop and administer the examination for licensure as a barber.
