Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 508.2
At any time after the expiration of twelve (12) months from the date the license of any person to practice medicine or surgery has been revoked, or at any time after the expiration of six (6) months from the date the license of any person to practice medicine or surgery has been suspended by the Board, such person whose license has been so revoked or suspended may file an application with the secretary of the Board, together with an application fee set by the Board, to reinstate his license. The application shall be assigned for hearing at the next regular meeting of the Board following the filing thereof, or the Board may authorize the secretary to hear same at any time and the Board shall have the authority and right to reconsider such order and decision of revocation or suspension and, in its discretion and for such causes and reasons deemed by it sufficient and for the best interest of the medical profession and the citizens of this state, may reinstate the license of the applicant and issue the order therefor.
