Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 475.4
Each engineer member of the Board shall be a citizen of the United States and resident of this state. He shall have been engaged in the lawful practice of engineering for at least ten (10) years, shall have been in responsible charge of engineering projects for at least five (5) years, and shall be a registered professional engineer in this state. Each land surveyor member of the Board shall be a citizen of the United States and a resident of this state. He shall have been engaged in the lawful practice of land surveying as a land surveyor for at least ten (10) years, shall have been in responsible charge of land surveying projects for at least five (5) years, and shall be a registered professional land surveyor in this state.
