1. A. The examination shall be held at such times and places as the Board directs.

2. B. Written examinations may be taken only after the applicant has met other minimum requirements as set forth in Section 475.12 of this title, and has been approved by the Board for admission to one or more of the following examinations:

   1. 1. Fundamentals of Engineering;
   2. 2. Principles and Practice of Engineering;
   3. 3. Fundamentals of Surveying;
   4. 4. Principles and Practice of Surveying;
   5. 5. Oklahoma Law and Surveying; and
   6. 6. Oklahoma Law and Engineering.
3. C. A candidate failing an examination may apply for the next examination, which may be granted upon payment of an application fee established by the Board.
4. D. The applicant shall pay all fees established by the Board for examination documents and grading. The Board will advise the applicant of the fees required, and the required fees shall be paid by the applicant in advance of the examination.
5. E. The Board may prepare and adopt specifications for the written examinations in engineering and land surveying. They shall be published and be available to the public and to any person interested in being licensed as a professional engineer or as a professional land surveyor.
