Complete rosters showing the names and last-known addresses of all professional engineers and professional land surveyors shall be published by the Board at intervals as established by Board regulations, not to exceed three (3) years. Interim rosters of new registrants may be issued at the Board's discretion. Copies of these rosters shall be mailed upon request of registrants, and payment of a fee determined by the Board to cover the cost of printing and mailing. Copies shall also be placed on file with the Secretary of State, county and city officials and may be distributed or sold to the public.
