Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 15.26
Any individual holding a certificate or license who knowingly falsifies any report or statement bearing on any examination, investigation, or audit made by him or subject to his direction shall be guilty of a felony, and upon conviction shall be punishable by imprisonment for a period of not more than one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
