Okla. Stat. tit. 5, Art VII Sec 2
No funds shall be withdrawn except in the manner approved by the Board of Governors. The funds of the Association shall be used and expended for any expense of the Association provided for by the budget.
(a) With the exception of the Client Security Fund on expenditures of the Association, checks for taxes, health insurance and checks not exceeding $5,000, checks shall be signed by any two of the following staff members of the Association:
Executive Director
General Counsel
Director of Continuing Legal Education
Director of Public Information
On expenditures exceeding $5,000 except for taxes, health insurance and utilities, checks shall be signed by the Executive Director, or a member of his staff designated by him, and countersigned by the President or Vice-President of the Association or by a member of the Board of Governors designated by the Board.
(b) On expenditures of the Client Security Fund, checks shall be signed by the Chairman of the Client Security Fund Committee and countersigned by the President of the Association.
