Rules Governing Admission to the Practice of Law in the State of Oklahoma

Rule 6. Additional Examinations.
In the event of the failure of an applicant to pass any examination, such applicant, if otherwise qualified under these Rules, may be permitted to take any number of subsequent examinations upon filing an additional application with the Board of Bar Examiners proving continued good moral character and fitness to practice law at least sixty (60) days prior to each examination.
