The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission and the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission shall have the authority to grant the power to issue the dealer license plate specified in subsection A of Section 1137.1 of this title to authorized temporary license plate vendors, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of this act.
