On a monthly basis, the Corporation Commission shall transfer to Service Oklahoma the amount of net revenue collected under the International Registration Plan to be apportioned by Service Oklahoma in accordance with the provisions of Section 1104 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
