Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 6-121
Any person or the spouse or dependent of a person:
2. Who is currently employed as a civilian contractor with the Armed Forces of the United States,
living outside of Oklahoma and having a valid driver license issued by the State of Oklahoma for the operation of motor vehicles upon the highways of this state shall not be considered to have an expired driver license for the duration of such service or employment and for a period of sixty (60) days from and after the return of the person or the spouse or dependent of the person to Oklahoma from such service or employment. This law shall not be construed to confer driving privileges in any jurisdiction other than Oklahoma.
