Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 611
Any person or persons violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, for each offense. In addition thereto, the Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to punish for contempt any person or persons violating the rules and regulations adopted by the Commission under this act. Any person found guilty of violating the rules and regulations of the Corporation Commission adopted pursuant to this act may be fined an amount not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
