The Commission is hereby authorized, without cost bond or deposit, to institute injunctive actions in courts of competent jurisdiction, in the name of the State of Oklahoma on the relation of said Commission, to enforce the provisions of Sections 561 through 567, 572, 578 and 579 of this title and Section 17 of this act. Any licensee or other person who violates or threatens to violate any provision of this chapter or rule or regulation enacted thereunder or order of the Commission may be enjoined from so doing.
