1. A. The Corporation Commission is authorized to promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to enable the State of Oklahoma to participate in the single state registration system for motor carriers authorized by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, 49 U.S.C., Section 11506 (1991), and by applicable rules and regulations of the Interstate Commerce Commission.
2. B. The Corporation Commission is authorized to apply rules and regulations to interstate motor carriers exempt from the Interstate Commerce Commission regulations.
3. C. The Corporation Commission is authorized to promulgate rules necessary to enable this state to participate in the Unified Carrier Registration System for interstate motor carriers and interstate motor carriers holding intrastate authority as set forth in the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), Subtitle C-Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005.
