Duty to Investigate and Report

- A. It shall be the duty of Service Oklahoma to investigate and report to the Corporation Commission and the Department of Public Safety violations of their rules and regulations and the laws governing the transportation of persons and property by motor transportation companies and all other motor carriers for hire.
- B.
