Interlocal Agreements

The Commissioner of Public Safety may enter into interlocal agreements with any other government agency for the use of space for the purpose of providing governmental services as required by law of the Department of Public Safety. Such agreements shall be exempt from The Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act.
