"Bus" shall mean every motor vehicle designed for carrying more than eight passengers and used for the transportation of persons; and every motor vehicle designed and used for the transportation of persons for compensation. As used in this section, "Bus" shall not include a vehicle authorized for use pursuant to the Oklahoma Transportation Network Company Services Act as defined in Section 1011 of this title.
