1. A. Upon issuance of a permit pursuant to the provisions of Section 14-103D of this title, the Department of Transportation shall notify the Oklahoma Tax Commission of the issuance of such permit. The notification shall include the permit information required by subsection B of Section 14-103D of this title.
2. B. Upon notification of issuance of the permit pursuant to subsection A of this section, the Tax Commission shall notify the county assessor of the county in which the manufactured home is to be located, of the issuance of the permit. Such notification shall include the permit information required by subsection B of Section 14-103D of this title.
