- (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to own or operate, upon the highways within this state, any motor vehicle in which there is installed a radio television set, the screen of which can be seen by any person sitting in the seat from which such motor vehicle is operated.
- (b) Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
