Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 11-805
No person shall operate any motor-driven cycle or any motor scooter, at any time, at a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour. However, all motor-driven cycles and motor scooters shall at all times conform to paragraph (a) of Section 47-11-801.
As used in this article, motor-driven cycle shall mean every bicycle with motor attached, and every motor scooter with wheel diameters twelve (12) inches or less, measured from one side of the rim to the other.
