Any person subject to this code who solicits or advises another or others to desert in violation of Section 1010 of this code, mutiny or sedition in violation of Section 1019 of this code, or to commit an act of misbehavior before the enemy in violation of Section 1024 of this code, shall be punished as the court-martial may direct.
