1. (a) All fines imposed as a sentence of a court-martial shall be paid at the time of approval of the sentence by the convening authority. Upon failure to pay the fine, the convening authority shall order the accused committed to a guardhouse or county jail until such fine shall have been paid, or until one (1) day shall have been served for each One Dollar ($1.00) of the fine imposed.

2. (b) The commitment to the county jail will be in the following or similar form:

   COUNTY OF ___________ )

   To the Sheriff of ____ County, State of Oklahoma.

   WHEREAS _________________ of _____________________________

   (name of accused) (unit designation) in the County of ________, a member of the Oklahoma National Guard, was on the _____ day of _____, 19__ tried by court-martial and found guilty of ___________ (offense) in violation of the Oklahoma Military Code and was sentenced to pay a fine of _____ Dollars; and
   

   WHEREAS, such fine has not been paid;

   NOW, THEREFORE, by authority of the State of Oklahoma, you are hereby commanded to take the body of the said _____ and commit it to the keeper of the jail in the County of _____, who is hereby commanded to receive the body of said _____ and keep him safely until he pays the sum above mentioned, or shall have served one (1) day for each dollar of said fine, after which time he shall be released.

   Fail not but service and return make within sixty (60) days from this date.

   Dated at _____ in the County of _____ this _____ day of _____, 19__.

3. (c) The proceeds of all fines in summary, special, and general court-martial cases shall be paid, to the account of the Adjutant General and all costs of prosecution shall be paid out of funds appropriated to the office of the Adjutant General.
