Okla. Stat. tit. 42, § 101
Any person selling, disposing of or removing property covered by such lien, without the written consent of the owner of such lien, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6) months or by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
