Each member of the Board of Review shall be paid from the Employment Security Administration Fund a salary of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) per annum, payable in twelve (12) monthly installments, plus actual and necessary traveling expenses incurred in the performance of his duties as provided in the State Travel Reimbursement Act.
