Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 4-108
B. If a person has acquired grade, rank and career status under the merit system of personnel administration within the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission before being appointed as Executive Director, Deputy Director, or secretary, that person shall:
1. Have the right to be reinstated to the position within the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission which was held prior to such appointment with no reduction in compensation from that which was paid the person in the unclassified service, and 2. Be entitled during the appointment to continue to participate without interruption in any fringe benefit programs available to career employees including, but not limited to, retirement and insurance programs.
