Any employer aggrieved by any order, ruling or finding of the Commission, or its duly authorized representative, directly affecting such employer or the Commission, may appeal therefrom to the district court of the county of residence, or principal place of business, of such employer; provided, however, if such employer is a nonresident of this state, then to the district court of Oklahoma County.
