- A. Any person holding a race or race meeting at which pari-mutuel or non-pari-mutuel wagering is conducted without a valid organization license issued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Act, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or be imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both said fine and imprisonment.
- B. No organization licensee shall knowingly permit any minor to be a patron of the pari-mutuel system of wagering conducted by the organization licensee. Any person convicted of violating any provision of this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
