Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 6470.26
At least thirty-five percent (35%) of the assets of a captive reinsurance company must be managed by an asset manager domiciled in this state. The manager shall be licensed by the Oklahoma Insurance Department as a licensed third-party administrator or managing general agent and maintain its principal place of business in this state.
