The terms and conditions set forth in Articles 18 and 19 of the Oklahoma Insurance Code pertaining to insurance supervision, conservatorship, rehabilitation, and receiverships apply in full to captive insurance companies formed under the Oklahoma Captive Insurance Company Act.
