The rates for such custom harvesting insurance shall be those rates on file with the Board for Property and Casualty Rates on the effective date of this act or if such rates are not on file and need to be filed and approved, such rates shall not be subject to the time constraints for rating approval as provided in the Insurance Code. Such rates may be immediately used pending approval by the Board for Property and Casualty Rates.
