1. A. The answers of the applicant to any examination for licensing as an adjuster shall be written by the applicant under supervision of the Insurance Commissioner.
2. B. The examination shall be given at such times and places within this state as the Commissioner deems necessary to reasonably serve the convenience of both the Commissioner and the applicants.
3. C. An applicant who has failed to pass the first examination for the license for which applied may take a second examination within thirty (30) days following the first examination. An applicant who has failed to pass the first two examinations for the license for which applied shall not be permitted to take a subsequent examination until the expiration of six (6) months after the last previous examination. A current application and applicable fees shall be submitted with each request to take a subsequent examination.
