The Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics may provide technical assistance to any political subdivision requesting assistance in the preparation of an airport zoning code. A copy of all local airport zoning codes, rules, and regulations, and amendments and proposed and granted variances thereto, shall be filed with the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics.
