- A. Any person who has been convicted or has pleaded guilty to two wildlife violations in a two-year period shall be known as a habitual wildlife violator and his hunting and fishing licenses issued pursuant to the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code may be canceled and denied that person for a minimum of one (1) year.
- B. No habitual wildlife violator shall fish or hunt while his license is suspended or whose license has been canceled. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not less than fifteen (15) days nor more than ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
