Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 1305
It is a discriminatory practice for an employer, labor organization, or joint labor-management committee controlling apprenticeship, on-the-job, or other training or retraining program, to discriminate against an individual because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicap, in admission to, or employment in, a program established to provide apprenticeship or other training.
