Okla. Stat. tit. 22, § 1419
When the language of the Oklahoma Corrupt Organizations Prevention Act is the same or similar to the language of Title IX of P.L. 91-452 as amended, the courts of this state in construing the Oklahoma Corrupt Organizations Prevention Act may follow the construction given to federal law by the federal courts, provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to provide for any private right of action or confer any civil remedy except as specifically set out in this act.
