Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1716
Any person in this state who shall steal any horse, jackass, jennet, mule, cow, or hog, shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be punished by confinement in the State Penitentiary for a term of not less than three (3) years, nor more than ten (10) years; and any person in this state who shall steal any sheep, or goat, shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction therefor shall be punished by confinement in the State Penitentiary for a term not less than six (6) months, nor more than three (3) years. The word "horse" as used in this section, shall include all animals of the equine species and the word "cow" shall include all animals of bovine species.
