Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1304
Any person who shall send, deliver, mail or otherwise transmit to any person, or persons, in this state any letter, document or other written or printed matter, anonymous or otherwise, designed to threaten or intimidate such person or persons, or designed to put him or them in fear of life, bodily harm or the destruction of his or their property, shall be deemed guilty of committing a Class D2 felony offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20O of this title.
