Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1266
Any person above the age of eighteen (18) years who advocates revolution, teaches or justifies a program of sabotage, force and violation, sedition or treason against the government of the United States or of this state, or who directly or indirectly advocates or teaches by any means the overthrow of the government of the United States or of this state by force or any unlawful means shall be guilty of a Class B1 felony offense, and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary from five (5) years to life.
