Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1044
Any person failing or refusing to comply with the provisions of Section 1043 of this title shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. A second violation of the provisions of Section 1043 of this title shall, upon conviction, be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months. A third or subsequent violation of the provisions of Section 1043 of this title shall, upon conviction, be a felony punishable by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a period of not more than two (2) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
