Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1024
Upon the conviction of the accused, such district attorney shall cause any writing, paper, book, picture, print, figure or other obscene material, in respect whereof the accused stands convicted and which remains in the possession or under the control of such district attorney to be destroyed.
