Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 954
Any person who deals, plays or practices in the State of Oklahoma, or who is in any manner accessory to the dealing, playing or practicing of a swindle known as three-card monte, or any other swindle or confidence game, play or practice, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by confinement as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title.
