1. A. Any person who engages in abuse, sexual abuse, or exploitation of a vulnerable adult, as defined in Section 10-103 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or be imprisoned not more than eighteen (18) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
2. B. Any person who has a responsibility to care for a vulnerable adult who purposely, knowingly or recklessly neglects the vulnerable adult as defined in Section 10-103 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or be imprisoned for not more than eighteen (18) months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
