Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 53
Every woman who, having been convicted of endeavoring to conceal the birth of an issue of her body which, if born alive, would be a bastard, or the death of any such issue under the age of two (2) years, subsequently to such conviction endeavors to conceal any such birth or death of issue of her body, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding five (5) years and not less than two (2) years.
