Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 361g
The Articles of Incorporation (in triplicate) shall be filed with the Secretary of State. For filing the Articles of Incorporation an association shall pay to the Secretary of State a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) and for filing an amendment to the Articles, a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00).
