Hereafter, unless expressly authorized by law, no individual or partnership, nor any corporation or association formed in this state otherwise than as provided in this act shall adopt and use the word "cooperative" or any abbreviation or derivative thereof, as a part of the name or designation under which such individual, partnership, corporation or association shall do business in this state. Any association shall be entitled to sue for, and to obtain in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state, injunctive relief against the use of the word "cooperative" by any individual, firm, corporation or association who shall violate the provision of this section.
