Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 340
Each member shall be responsible for any debt of the association to the amount, if any, unpaid on the subscription or membership fee to the association, or other indebtedness to the association, and not otherwise; and any creditor of the association may join in one action, in any county, where service may be had on any such member so liable any and all other members so liable; but it shall be a complete defense for any member for him to show he is not indebted to the association on his membership fee, or otherwise. Provided, however, the action of the association in pledging, hypothecating, mortgaging, incumbering, marketing, or selling any such products shall be conclusive on any and all members of the association.
