- (a) Under the terms and conditions prescribed in the bylaws adopted by it, the association may admit as members only persons engaged in the production of agricultural or horticultural products to be handled through or by the association, including the lessees and tenants of lands used for the production of such products and any lessors and landlords who receive as rent, all or any part of the crop raised on the leased premises.
- (b) If a member be other than a natural person, such member may be represented by any individual, associate, officer, or manager or member thereof, duly authorized in writing.
